Vic: WorkCover to extend building inspection times

MELBOURNE, Feb 28 AAP - Builders who flout safety regulations would continue to be
the target in the latest crackdown on dangerous work sites, Victorian workplace safety
body WorkCover said today.

In a statement released today, WorkCover said field officers would work around the
clock to reduce the number of unsafe construction sites throughout Victoria, with much
of the work being carried out on weekends.
